Vincent Paul Iannazzo has, for more than 25 years, been involved in large scale project development, including, real estate, innovative gas-to-liquids-technology to economically produce high-purity liquid fuels and waxes, and exploratory development of a portfolio of mineral leases on 7.5 million acres of land in Alaska, owned by a Native American corporation where Vincent Paul Iannazzo was the driving force behind the successful procurement of the mineral leases. Most recently, Vincent Paul has centered his efforts on building the Private Equity Firm of Global Equities LLC.

Mr. Bundtzen headed up the exploration team. Founder of Blue Star Technologies. The company concentrated it's activities on the development of sustainable technologies. The comprehensive lab facilities were located near Rocky Mountain Flats, Colorado.
